Terms & Conditions
Ensuring clarity, transparency, and safety in every automated trade. We've established these parameters to protect our FinTech ecosystem and your capital.
Terms of Use
Welcome to Cogwork Capital. By accessing or using our AI-driven algorithmic trading platforms, predictive analytics interfaces, or bespoke software solutions, you're agreeing to be bound by these legal terms. We've written them to be as clear as possible, but if you've got questions, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Our software is designed for sophisticated trading environments. Are you prepared for the volatility inherent in financial markets? Remember: past performance of an algorithm isn't a guarantee for future returns. We don't pretend it is.
1. Scope of Service
Cogwork Capital provides advanced financial technology tools. Our services include:
- License to use specific automated investment strategies.
- Access to real-time predictive market analytics.
- Custom-developed software modules for institutional use.
2. Risk Disclosure & Financial Responsibility
Trading in financial markets involves a significant risk of loss. The use of automated trading systems does not eliminate this risk. You acknowledge that AI models can experience "hallucinations" or perform unexpectedly during unprecedented market events. Our software is provided "As Is."
We're not your financial advisors. All decisions to execute trades based on our predictive analytics are ultimately your own responsibility. Use our tech, but keep your eyes on the market. Don't invest capital you cannot afford to lose.
3. Software Warranty and Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we can't account for internet latency, exchange outages, or global API failures. Furthermore, Cogwork Capital is not liable for data inaccuracies provided by third-party market data feeds.
Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering of algorithms. No scraping our proprietary data. Simple as that.
Institutional Use
Bespoke software deployments are subject to additional Master Service Agreements (MSA).
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lisburn or surrounding jurisdictions. We prefer conversation over litigation, though. Let's talk it out first.
